No, it's a hole in the ground!
That's right folks, we are actually starting the house building process! It only took sending square around the world and back to get to this point.
Downside: no basement wall yet for me to walk around : )
If you're in town, stop buy and have a look around. We are pretty happy with the land, each night we go out there, we've had beautiful sunsets over the horizon.
Hmmm... Looks like HH is pretty happy about this!
