The basement is all poured...and no one fell in! (benjamin tried walking the walls, but his legs are still a little wobbly). They have the I-beams in place and are going to start placing the floor joists soon...
Donnie had to leave the jobsite for a while because an 18yo ran his gma's truck into the front of one of Donnie's duplexes. Oops... so Donnie has to put a new window in it.
